1. Services Overview

We offer the following services:

All services are provided on a project basis with specific deliverables as mentioned in the service description.

2. Payment Terms

• 🔹Advance Payment: 30% advance payment is required before starting any project.
• 🔹Next Installment: 50% on core Feature completion.
• 🔹Final Payment: Remaining 20% payment upon project completion before delivery of final files.
• 🔹Payment Methods: UPI, Bank Transfer, or other mutually agreed methods.
• 🔹Taxes: All prices are exclusive of GST unless specified otherwise.
• 🔹Late Payment: Projects may be put on hold for late payments beyond 7 days. And additional charges apply as penalty

IMPORTANT: All payments are non-refundable once work begins.

3. Project Timeline & Delivery

• 🔹 timelines are estimates and may vary based on project complexity.
• 🔹 Delays caused by client (late feedback, content delivery,etc.) will extend the timeline.
• 🔹 We commit to regular communication and updates throughout the project.
• 🔹 Final delivery includes all source files as mentioned in the package.

4. Revisions & Changes

• 🔹Logo Design: Unlimited revisions until final approval.
• 🔹Web Development: 3 rounds of revisions included in standard packages.
• 🔹Content Writing: 2 rounds of revisions included.
• 🔹Major Changes: Significant changes after approval may incur additional charges.

5. Student Discounts & Offers

• 🔹 Student discounts require valid student ID proof.
• 🔹 Discounts cannot be combined with other offers.
• 🔹 Group discounts require minimum 3 students from same institution.
• 🔹 Discounts apply only to standard pricing, not already discounted packages.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

• 🔹 Client owns final delivered work after full payment.
• 🔹 We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio.
• 🔹 Source code, designs, and content remain our property until full payment.
• 🔹 Third-party assets (fonts, images, plugins) may have their own licenses.

7. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• 🔹Cancellation before start: 100% refund of advance payment.
• 🔹Cancellation during project: Advance payment are Non refund after work start.
• 🔹No refund after project completion and delivery.
• * Refunds processed within 7-10 business days.

8. Student Project Specific Terms

• 🔹 Projects are for educational purposes only.
• 🔹 We provide guidance and assistance, not complete projects without student involvement.
• 🔹 Students must understand and be able to explain their project code.
• 🔹 We are not responsible for academic outcomes or grades.

9. Hosting & Domain Terms

• 🔹 Hosting and domain registration are third-party services.
• 🔹 Renewal is client's responsibility unless under maintenance plan.
• 🔹 We are not liable for third-party service outages.
• 🔹 Domain transfer fees may apply if moving away from our services.

10. Maintenance & Support

• 🔹 Free support period as mentioned in each package.
• 🔹 Support covers bug fixes and minor adjustments only.
• 🔹 New features or major changes are billed separately.
• 🔹 Response time: 24-48 hours during business days.

11. Liability & Warranty

• 🔹 We warrant our work to be free from defects for 30 days post-delivery.
• 🔹 Not liable for indirect damages or loss of business.
• 🔹 Maximum liability limited to project cost.
• 🔹 Client responsible for backing up their website/content.

12. Client Responsibilities

• 🔹 Provide clear requirements and timely feedback.
• 🔹 Provide all necessary content (text, images, logos) on time.
• 🔹 Make timely payments as per agreement.
• 🔹 Test and approve work at various stages.

13. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of:

• 🔹 Client business information
• 🔹 Project details
• 🔹 Source code (until public release)
• 🔹 Financial information

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

15. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pandharpur,Dist. Solapur, Maharashtra.
